What guides us

Honesty and integrity drive our business.  We strive to offer great land at the best price we can.  When we purchase lots at county tax sales we spend two to three days visiting the lots that we believe are the best values.  We like lots that are easily accessible and flat.  I always find a few that have the best views and I’m willing to pay more for these lots at the auctions.  I try to cherry pick the best locations because I want my buyers to happy with their purchase.

We are guided by our personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  His commandment is that we love one-another. Therefore we do our best to make sure that the prices and information we give to our customers is the same prices and information we give to our best friends.

This land was made for you and me but not everyone was made for the land we have for sale. We make sure our buyers know exactly what they are buying.  Many of these lots do not have electricity, curbs, city water, paved streets, or concrete sidewalks.  However, they are perfect representations of God’s amazing creation.  The views are peaceful and the land is authentically unspoiled.  For the right person, it’s heaven on earth; for the city dwelling socialite, it’s not.  Don’t get me wrong, I love the city, its food, and even its people.  But sometimes, I love the solitude and freedom that comes from owning land and living off the grid.

These are the scriptures that guide us.

Leviticus 25:14

‘If you make a sale, moreover, to your friend or buy from your friend’s hand, you shall not wrong one another.”

2 Corinthians 8:21

“For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.”

Luke 6:31

“Do unto others as you would have them do to you.”

Prov 10:9

“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.”

Prov. 11:3

“The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.”

Psalm 112:5

“Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.”
